This non-profit advocacy group is dedicated to forming ocean policies based on peer-reviewed science. When it came time for a renovation in their current location, the design needed to align with their mission, make use of existing perimeter offices, and create a more collaborative and functional workspace.

Inspired by the organization's environmental mission and brand, the design celebrates the ocean and creates a sense of calmness through organized forms and a carefully selected materials palette.

Custom ceiling panels inspired by abstract waves separate collaborative zones and provide privacy, while biophilic design elements throughout the office increase access to daylight, greenery, and natural materials. The result is a well-designed commercial office space that is open, bright, and energized, reflecting the organization's values and commitment to the environment.
